Our team is made up of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are passionate about IT. We are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices to ensure that we deliver our candidates through a successful program that leads to apprenticeship and employer placement.
Our Services
The InnovateHer Pre-Apprenticeship program has a focus in improving the current rate of 28% of women in the Technology field. This program will take women, straight out of high-school, the non-tech workforce or college and run them through a 1 year Pre-Apprenticeship Technology Rotation Program. This will consist of Education and an overview of 4 technology tracks, a project simulations, and then released to a formal apprenticeship program
Here is the overview of the program: Tech Rotation Program- 2.5 months in each of the below tracks:
